My approach to playing music is defined by my philosophy (see below). I adore using complex polyrhythms and strange tuplets, but aim to make them feel fun, natural, and even danceable.
Harmonically, I seek to find a delicate balance between dissonance and consonance, drawing from my own interpretations of neuroscientific evidence that explores how humans perceive harmony and the emotional responses it elicits.
Through diligent practice, I've honed my technical skills to ensure that I can bring to life the sonic ideas that inhabit my imagination.

As a musician, I am always pushing myself to create new sounds and experiment with different genres. Over the years, I have composed and produced multiple albums, ranging from jazz fusion to hip-hop beats to funky house and DnB.

I believe that by delving into the neuroscientific and mathematical forms behind music, we can grasp the conscious, logical, and analytical sides of music, and implement that to the emotional experience it brings.
This creates a comprehensive understanding about the way music functions and how to integrate this knowledge into your playing and compositions.

Education
For more than a year, I've been teaching piano and drums to people of all ages and backgrounds. Through teaching, I've developed a deeper patience for and understanding of the learning process, which has also enriched my own learning experiences. At LIVE! School of Music, I currently have over 20 students, and it's a constantly fulfilling and rewarding experience.
